Sublease Contract – A tenant,`s agreement allows a tenant to lease the premises called „subletting“ to another person known as a subtenant until the end of their main tenancy period. This type of rent must normally be approved by the landlord. The Utah Standard Residential Lease Agreement is a written contract that legally binds one or more tenants to a number of conditions created by landlords that remain in effect for the duration of the lease. The form contains more than thirty (30) conditions covering rental topics, duration of contract, use of property, right to entry, subletting, utilities, abandonment, pets and more.
