Passenger Transportation Agreement

(a) Air passenger rights: without losing your right to transfer reimbursement assistance, passengers` rights are granted in accordance with EU Regulation 1177/2010 in the event of the airline`s liability; (b) exceptions: the rights in the previous paragraph do not apply; there is no obligation to refund or compensate the airline: (i) all passengers with open tickets without booking dates and (ii) passengers with a ticket; which were issued at the scheduled departure time and are not responsibilities of convenience on board pursuant to Clause 4.c): in the event of cancellation, delay or diversion due to weather conditions that could endanger the safety of the vessel or by exceptional circumstances affecting the voyage, the airline is removed from its obligations (a) and is not liable. The ticket price does not include the cost of catering equipment during the trip; however, the passenger has the option at the specified locations on board at reasonable prices. Any losses incurred during transport between the loading point and the final destination are deducted from the transport bill. In the event that the theft of a truck of armed men, or any other person with firearms, the case will be immediately reviewed in collaboration with local law enforcement. The service provider is not responsible for such a loss resulting from armed attacks until the investigation is closed and the case is closed. This can be modified or extended by the written agreement of both parties. In the event of a disagreement resulting from this treaty, the parties agree to negotiate an agreement on that agreement or, if an agreement is not reached, mediation disagrees before submitting a case.
